If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate account details and promptly update them when changes occur.

Paid plans renew according to selected billing terms unless canceled before renewal.

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in written policy.

You agree not to misuse the platform, bypass technical restrictions, or interfere with service operations.

We may apply fair-use limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse across shared infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, or unlawful activity.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and termination takes effect at the end of the active billing period.

Any disputes are governed by applicable law and resolved according to dispute procedures in your service agreement.

Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice.
